Stories Well, we are now into another year.....there are lots of things happening in this year for me......I have to finish Primary One, I am then flower girl at Auntie Domi's wedding, and then I will be starting Primary 2 after the Summer holidays.
I have just danced in my first feis of the year, I danced the best I have ever danced, and got 2nd in the championship. Mummy was very proud of me, and I was pleased to get a trophy and 4 medals.
Next time I am going to try and dance even better and maybe I will get 1st.
Ok, so let's update a little. We are now back in Scotland, I've been to nursery full time, I am no longer at nursery, and am in Primary 1 now :) Wow......time flies. :)
I am now Irish Dancing 4 times a week, and competing in feis's......I'm getting a good selection of trophies and medals and am hoping to get some more.
I have two wobbly teeth just now and am waiting on them falling out.
Other than that not much else is new...........:)

Well, today I went to pre-school for the first time. It was really good fun. I got to play with all the other boys and girls, and we were even allowed to paint. I painted a lovely picture for Mummy and Daddy, it's on the wall now. I am going two times every week and it'll be really good fun. Have a look at my pictures and you will see me in my uniform. The school is called Heron Pre-School and I love it.
The other day my Mummy told me that because I had been such a good girl, I could get a special surprise. I was going to get my ears pierced. I was so excited because I have wanted earrings for a long time now, I want to be like my big sister. Mummy explained to me that when I got them done it would be a little sore, but Rebecca told me it wasn't sore, just a little bit nippy. I didn't care, I just wanted nice earrings like Rebecca has. So we went in the car to the shop, and I had to sit in a big chair, then the lady came and let me pick what earrings I wanted. That was a really hard decision to make because there were so many pretty earrings, so I picked the pink sparkly ones. The lady went to get them, but when she came back she told me they didn't have any pink ones left, and could I pick again. So this time I had a good look and picked the flowers, luckily they had some of them. Then another lady came over and they stood at each of my ears, and said 'Ready-1...2....3....done.' And that was it. Rebecca was right, it was a bit nippy, but when i looked in the mirror and saw my pretty earrings it was ok. Mummy cleans my ears 3 times a day and has to turn my earrings too, that's a little nippy too, but Rebecca and Mummy have told me I'm very brave because I don't cry. Well, when I got up this morning, Mummy told me that I had to eat all my cereal, really quickly because we were going to go pick up Rebecca and then we had a surprise. I was so excited, I never knew what we were going to be doing. So Mummy got me dressed in really cosy clothes, and packed a change of clothes for both me and Rebecca. I was trying to guess what we were doing but it was too hard. Then we went and collected Rebecca, and had to stop off and buy welly boots for Rebecca. And then it was time for our surprise. We went to a big park that was all covered in snow, and Mhair Claire and Morgan were there with sledges. We got to go sledging. It was really good fun, but we got very cold and wet. And we made a huge snowman that was the same size as Daddy. We were throwing snowballs at each other too. We had such good fun.
Today, I woke up and guess what - it had been snowing, so my front garden was all white. I ate my cereal really quick, then got dressed and went out and played in the snow for the first time. It was so much fun, I was just really sad because we didn't have loads of snow like we saw on the news. Hopefully we will get some more snow tonight, and then I can play in it again tomorrow. We got to throw snowballs at each other, was really fun.
Well, Santa came to me and Rebecca the other day!! We got loads and loads of presents. And we got new bikes!! I got a Fifi bike, and Rebecca got a big girls bike, with no stabilisers on it!! We can't wait till we get to go have a shot of them! We were at Gigi's house for Christmas, so Santa had to bring all our toys to Gigi's house. We put reindeer food out on the grass, and cookies and milk out for Santa, and even a carrot for the reindeer! I was so excited, and opened loads of presents. We are really happy with our presents from Santa. Today we are going to go to the park for a shot of our bikes! So we will get plenty of pictures and put them on later!
We went to see Santa Claus the other day. We went a long trip in the car, all the way to my Auntie Marion's house, and we all went to see Santa. Then when we got there, we saw all of Santa's reindeer. They had huge antlers that looked like trees. We went inside and had to wait in a very long queue, but we got to look at lots more animals, there were two donkeys, two sheep, a baby calf, and some birds of prey. Soon it was our turn to go into Santa's house and see him. I was so excited, then when we went in I got a little bit of a fright, and got a little upset. But Santa was really nice to us all, me, Rebecca and Mhairi Claire. We all told Santa what we wanted, posted our letters in his letter box, and then we got some presents. I got a Tiger soft toy, Rebecca got a stencil set, and Mhairi Claire got a games compendium. We had such a good day! Had a lot of fun. I just hope that I have been good enough to get what I want for Christmas. XXX
Well, I am now 2, and had a fantastic 2nd birthday party. We had a bouncy castle in the garden and lots of people came to wish me a happy birthday. We had a really good time. I got lots of fifi presents, and Mummy made me a Fifi cake. I was so happy all day! Gigi got us a wii fit for mine and Rebecca's birthday. We have had lots of fun with that, my favourite thing to do is the hula hoop, but I like doing all the games.
The weather has been so lovely lately that we have been spending heaps of time outside, having picnics, and playing lots on the trampoline. Mummy has put video of me playing on it here. And there are also pictures of me sitting on my Fifi chair beside Rebecca out in the garden. I am happiest when playing in the garden.
Well, Papa got me a battery powered jeep. It's brilliant! I have a video of me going it, I'm not very good at steering yet, but Mummy says all I need is a few lessons. I love it!
Well what have I got to tell you all since last time. Oh I know, something very exciting. I am now being a big girl and using the potty. I only wear nappies at bedtime now. Mummy is so so happy, I get lots of extra kisses and cuddle now every time I do a wee or a poo in the potty. It's much better than wearing nappies!! I now get to wear big girl pants. Mummy says she is very proud of me.
We went to Largs yesterday. It was a lovely sunny day, so we thought that we would go a drive to Largs. Gran and Papa came too. When we got there we went to the rides on the beach. Rebecca and I got a shot on the Beach Buggys which was really fun, it's the first time i have been on a ride like that. Then we went onto the train, that went round and round. And then we had a shot on the teacups they were fast too. After the teacups we went and had a shot on the bouncy castle, we were doing lots of bouncing. It was like being on the trampoline. After we had gone on the rides, we went and got a burger and chips for dinner and then had some ice cream for dessert. It was yummy. Then we got to have a shot on all the rides again, and then it was time for home. But we had a really good day. All the pictures are on here. Hope you like looking at them.
Then when we were coming back from Yeovil, we had to go in the car again, for a long time. But then one time when we stopped, I got out the car and I got a special treat. I got to feed some ducks. That was really really good. I was very happy to see the ducks. They were eating some of my biscuits, I didn't mind sharing them with the ducks, Mummy was breaking the biscuits up into small bits and then I was throwing them to the ducks. There were loads of ducks all around me. I was really sad to leave them. But Mummy says that we will go feed the ducks again soon.
Then after we went to Gigi's house, we got in the car and drove for ages and ages and ages. Then we got to Nannie's house. That was really good fun too.We went to Nannie's chip shop, and I got to speak to all the people that came in and out. It was really good fun. We also went and I got to meet, my Great Auntie Sheila, my Great Uncle Malcolm, My Auntie Lainy, and my baby cousin Grace. Grace has a dog called Jude, she kept licking me, and we were chasing each other about Auntie Sheila's house. It was good fun. Now I can say that I have been to Yeovil. It's far away!
Well, i have had a very busy couple of weeks. First of all, we went to Gigi's house. We stayed there for a week, that was really good fun. We played with the bubbles and the two dogs. We also had lots of shots on the Wii, we had a great time.I learnt some new words at Gigi's. I can now say Mama, and I can also say thank you now. Gaga was trying to teach me my colours, I'll have to keep practising though, i'm not very good at them yet.
I now have quite a few words in my vocabularly. I am learning new words every day.I can say, dada, papa, gran, ben, becca, gigi, bubbles, better, hiya, bye, sweeties, done, dinner, juice, hat, cat, dog, balloon, and i can't remember any other ones. I'm sure i will remember some more. And the next time i update this i am sure that I will have heaps more words to tell you about.
ok, now for another little update on my teething. i now have 16 teeth. 8 up the top and 8 down the bottom. I can now eat my dinner without any problem at all. I have even mastered the art of using a spoon, which is good because it means that i don't spill my food as much. Sometimes i miss my mouth mind you, as you can see in the pictures of me eating my yoghurt, but i will just keep practising, and i'll be fine.
Well, I think it has been a while since I updated you on my teething. So I can now tell you that I have thirteen teeth through and two more just about to make an appearance. Mummy keeps saying I have been grumpy lately, well so would you be if you had all these teeth coming through. Oh well not too many to go now, thank goodness. I will keep you posted on the tooth front.
