I also really enjoyed what you wrote about raising our children for the Lord, ya'll are doing such a good job, and although I know we're going against the grain of many people we may know...eternity will tell that it's worth it! To live a consistant Christian life on a daily basis, leading by our example even when we feel like we're the only ones doing it, it's worth it. I often think of how close I was to rejecting living for the Lord, my how different my life would be...I'm so thankful for what we've learned not only from our parents, our experiences, Bible college, but God's Word. It has truly changed our thinking compared to when we were 18 huh?? Well, we're also a lot older too. I praise God for you, you are such a Godly friend...know that I pray for you and your little family...I pray that 20 years from now we will be writing about how though it was hard to go against the 'norm' of this world by being a Christian, it was worth every step as we talk of how our boys are serving the Lord with their lives...that's all that really matters when we present them before God right? I along with you have such a burden for the younger people. Titus 2 says the older women should teach the younger women and when I read that I get so convicted! I do know that Psalm 37 says that if we commet to Him....He will bring it to pass. I find that such a comfort because it doesn't say we have to do it, we just have to commit to the Lord and He brings to pass and I know that Tim and Kelsey are committed!
